My goals for utilizing physical training for you is to create dynamic balance and stabilization, functional alignment (good posture while moving), and optimal strength and endurance with life and sport specific movements. The ultimate goal is to move efficiently, quickly and with the least amount of energy  while protecting the joints and tissue from injury.
