Services are often combined to optimize your goals. The packages offered below are suggestions and can be interchangeable. A Free consultation is offered for the .....packages only with a minimum of 3 months committment if purchased.

  • Athlete's Revamp: Massage and Functional Strength Training

    80 minutes a session.
    $125 for one session
    $575 for five sessions
    $1000 for ten sessions

    This package is for the athlete who has hit a plateau and needs recovery and restoration while still training. You may need more functional strength, balance,  tissue reconditioning, and stretching. These are combined depending on the condition of your tissues and a movement assessment. I will implement massage and conditioning to help you revamp your body. This is a one session to three months goal.
  • Massage: Peaking and Rejuvenating

    50 minutes a session
    $ 375 for five sessions

    This is perfect for the athlete before a very important race or anyone who is having chronic musculo-skeletal issues that are injury free. The number of sessions are often enough to get you "back on your feet".

    If using this package for an event and you have been in pain for more than a few weeks, please schedule the appointments as far out from your event as possible and keep one visit for after the race.
